In most cases yes. Our trucks are stocked with the common parts and tools needed to handle most plumbing issues in one visit. If you call early in the day, we will work to get you on the schedule the same day. For after hours emergencies, a real person answers the phone, not an answering service, so help is on the way the moment you call.

Pricing & Warranty
How do you price plumbing jobs?
We diagnose first, then present clear pricing options before any work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay. There are no surprise charges on the invoice and no high-pressure sales calls after the visit. If we run into something unexpected behind a wall, we stop and review the new option with you in writing.
Do you charge a trip fee or an estimate fee?
We offer free estimates for most standard plumbing work during normal business hours. For after hours emergency calls, there may be a small dispatch fee, which we tell you about up front when you call. We never hide fees in the final invoice.
Do you warranty your plumbing work?
Yes. We back our workmanship on every job and the manufacturer warranty stays with any new equipment we install. We register manufacturer warranties on your behalf, which is a step many homeowners do not realize is required for the warranty to be enforceable. The specific warranty terms vary by the repair or installation and your technician will explain the details in writing before we begin.
Do you offer financing on bigger jobs?
Yes. We work with several financing partners and can usually get you pre-approved the same day for repipes, water heater installs, water filtration systems, and other larger projects. Ask your technician about financing options when you receive the written estimate.
How much does a typical plumbing repair cost?
Most standard plumbing repairs in West Palm Beach fall in a predictable range, but the honest answer is that it depends on the specific job. A leaking angle stop is a quick same-day fix at the lower end. A whole house repipe or tankless water heater install is several thousand dollars at the higher end. We give you a fixed written price for your specific situation before any work begins.
What We Do
What plumbing services do you offer?
A complete range of residential and commercial plumbing services. That includes drain cleaning, leak detection and repair, water heater repair and installation, whole house repiping, sewer line repair, backflow testing, water filtration systems, toilet and faucet repair, garbage disposal repair, bathroom remodeling support, and 24/7 emergency plumbing. If it involves pipes or fixtures in your West Palm Beach home, our team can handle it.
Do you work on tankless water heaters?
Yes. We service and install both gas and electric tankless water heaters, including annual descaling and maintenance that keeps the heat exchanger working efficiently. Hard water in West Palm Beach is rough on tankless units, so a yearly flush makes a real difference in service life. We work with every major tankless brand including Rinnai, Navien, and Bosch.
Can you find hidden leaks without tearing up my home?
Yes. We use our own acoustic listening equipment, thermal imaging cameras, and pressure mapping tools to pinpoint hidden leaks behind walls and under concrete slabs. We do not call a third party to find the leak, which means no wait and no middleman markup. Once the leak is located, we walk you through the repair options with photos and clear pricing.
Do you repair slab leaks?
Yes. Slab leaks are one of the most common plumbing issues we handle in older West Palm Beach neighborhoods. After locating the leak we present three options in writing: spot repair through a small access cut, a reroute through the attic to bypass the slab, or a full whole-house repipe for homes with a history of slab leaks. Each has a fixed written price before any work begins.
What water heater brands do you install?
We work with every major water heater brand sold in West Palm Beach, including Bradford White, Rheem, AO Smith, Rinnai, Navien, and Bosch. We help you pick the right size and type for your household based on hot water use, fuel source, and budget. Every install includes the new unit, the permit, manufacturer warranty registration, and haul-away of the old tank.
Do you offer drain cleaning and hydro jetting?
Yes. We use cable machines (sometimes called snakes) for soft clogs in single fixtures, and hydro jetters for tougher main line clogs, grease buildup, scale in older pipes, and tree root intrusion. We also run a sewer camera on every main line call so you can see the actual condition of the pipe before we recommend any repair.
Do you handle backflow testing and certification?
Yes. Florida law requires annual backflow testing on assemblies that protect the public water supply. We hold the state certifications to test, repair, and rebuild reduced pressure and double check assemblies, and we submit the certification paperwork to the local utility on your behalf. We store a digital copy of every test for your records.
Do you install water filtration systems?
Yes. West Palm Beach has some of the hardest water in Florida, and a properly sized water softener or whole house filtration system protects your fixtures, appliances, and water heater. We also install reverse osmosis systems at the kitchen sink for purified drinking water. Every consultation starts with a free in-home water test so we can recommend the right system for your home.
Before We Arrive
What should I do if I have a leak?
Shut off the water at the main water valve to your home if you can safely reach it. That stops the leak from growing while we are on the way. Then place towels or a bucket to manage any water that has already escaped, take a quick photo if you can, and call us. The faster we get on site, the smaller the eventual repair.
Where is my main water shut-off valve?
In most West Palm Beach homes the main shut-off is on an exterior wall near the front of the house or at the curb meter. If you cannot find it inside, the meter box at the curb has a valve you can turn with a meter key or large flathead screwdriver. Every homeowner should know where this is before they need it. Now is a good time to find yours and confirm it works.
What should I do if my water heater is leaking?
Turn off the water supply to the heater first (the cold inlet valve at the top of the tank). Next, shut off the gas valve on a gas unit or flip the breaker on an electric or tankless unit. Then call us. A leaking tank usually means the inside has corroded through and replacement is the right move, but we will confirm and walk you through options when we arrive.
What information should I have ready when I call?
A quick description of what is happening (no hot water, slow drain, leaking water heater, etc.), where in the home the issue is, and the approximate age of the affected fixture or appliance if you know it. Photos are helpful too. The more specific you can be on the phone, the faster we can dispatch the right truck with the right parts.
What happens when the technician arrives?
Our technician will arrive in uniform with a branded truck so you know who is at your door. They will start with a quick assessment of the issue, explain what they find in plain language, and present clear pricing options before any work begins. After you approve the plan, they complete the work, test it, walk you through what was done, and clean up the area before they leave.
